 Job Summary

Goertek offers a unique environment that fosters teamwork and individual growth. We are seeking an energetic professional to support our Sales and Operations activities in our US office. This autonomous role creates sales presentations, maintains business relationship and communicates with clients, team members and factory to get assignments accomplished.

  • Work with key customer contacts and inside technical engineers to bring up product ramp.
  • Based upon day-to-day engagement with our customers, products and applications, act as proactive liaison with our factory personnel as required.
  • Provide regular project status updates to the manager and drive timely completion of tasks.
  • Manage CTB (clear to build) process with factory, ensure supply confirmation meets demands.
  • Negotiate liabilities with customers and retrieve PO when applicable.
  • Manage product transitions to minimize excess and obsolete materials.
  • Lead recovery plans and execution when supply falls short of demand.
  • Responsible for RFQ to supply base for NPI programs.
  • Support sales and marketing activities by actively retrieving market information and opportunities.
  • Prepare annual sales plan and achieve the set goals.

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Prior experience in FATP/Module/Hardware development
  • Detail-oriented and experienced in quotation management
  • Experience Level: 2-5 Years 
  • Travel Amount: Up to 30% 
  • Sales and customer service experience
  • Demonstrated project & program management skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and analytical skills
  • Persistent, goal/deadline driven work style
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Communication skills using the Chinese  language (Mandarin) is strongly preferred
