Job Summary

Assists with planning, reporting, travel, and analytical support for the Director of Sales Operations, and entire sales organization as needed. Duties include data collection and mining; and coordination of reports and sales statistics. Primary responsibilities will be directly tied to supporting the day-to-day needs of the Director of Sales Operations with a variety of important tasks.
  
  
  
Responsibilities 

  • Liaison among Business Development, Sales Operations, Account management teams.
  • Prepares extensive Excel report and PowerPoint presentations for weekly and monthly status tracking.
  • Creates and maintains database and spreadsheet files.
  • Communicates with HQ in China on support related needs.
  • Supports the needs of our sales organization during trainings, internal and external events, and other initiatives.
  • Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
      
  
Education, Experience and Requirements

  • College degree preferred.
  • Mandarin Chinese speaking skills preferred.
  • 2-5 years of professional sales support/operations experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of statistical tool or financial modeling is a plus
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Office skills.  PowerPoint and Excel abilities are a must.
