Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales professional in GoerTek in our Santa Clara CA office to assist with managing our new product development (NPI) of consumer electronic products. 
  
  
Responsibilities 

  • Working in a fast-paced, collaborative and dynamic teaming environment with the team and to effectively manage opportunities and pipeline through the sales cycle.
  • Being passionate about Goertek’s customers and prospects to deliver a world-class customer engagement experience to our tier-one customers.
  • Leveraging best-in-class sales and communications tools to accelerate sales, maintaining high levels of activity.
  • Meeting and exceeding agreed sales targets, including pipeline generation.
  • Engage with customers of all company sizes and types to determine their needs and identify opportunities to fulfill their needs.
  
  
Education, Experience and Requirements

  • BA degree required.
  • Minimum of 3-5years of strong direct sales experience in a high-volume engineering industry environment is needed. 
  • Sound technical knowledge with a good understanding of the product development lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently or under supervision with a high level of integrity.
  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese. Will need to communicate with our HQ in China.
